COVID Makeup Camps

Makeup Schedule for Postponed Camps

On the right you will see the schedule of available camps for makeup. We have structured the camps into 2 hour and 15 minute blocks. Each participant will receive in their account 2 "Credits" for each camp you were signed up for. We will be placing these credits in your accounts Thursday afternoon May 21. More details regarding the credits below. Because we know game and practice schedules are complicated right now, and in most cases you dont even know them yet, we have created many options for you to choose from. We have also opened up the options for you to chose from as well. For example if you were signed up for Spring Training you may use 1 credit for "Summer Training" and use the 2nd credit for Bat Speed, Pitching, Infield, or Summer Training. You will not be locked into just the camp type you signed up for and will have the ability to drop off your player for back to back camps as well if that is best for your schedule. IF a section is full that you are hoping to get into please add them to the waiting list as with uncertain schedules for everyone, a spot may open up quickly. We will also try and add additional instructors if necessary and if space/distancing allows.

Regarding the adjusted structure of camps because of COVID...

  • We have created separate entrance and exit doors. Please enter the door closest to Savers and exit through our previous entrance door.
  • All participants will check in at the front desk when they arrive.
  • Please do not enter the building more then 10 minutes before camp is to begin.
  • We have a hand sanitizer station at the end of our divider wall as you walk in.  All who enter the building needs to use the hand sanitizer.
  • We have removed all tables and chairs from the seating area.
  • We ask all spectators to remain outside to limit our group sizes.
  • We will be spacing out players for warm ups and for drills as much as possible.
  • We have removed all extra equipment so everyone will need to bring their own bat for Bat Speed camp and Summer Training.
  • The water fountain is not available so please bring a water bottle that has been labeled.
  • We are using UV-C germ sanitizing light to sanitize all of the baseballs in our facility and will be switching in newly sanitized baseballs during the camps.

CREDIT DETAILS- Thursday afternoon we will be placing the credits into everyone's account. You will receive an emailed receipt for the credits with a charge of $0. When you log into your account and go to the Scheduling "Camp/Class" you will see the camp options available. Please select the appropriate one and add it to your cart. When checking out, it should list that a package credit is available with a charge of $0. Priority for registration online has been restricted to just those with credits for these camps in their account.

If none of these current dates work, we are planning to have similar skill camps during the day in August that you can apply your credits to or we begin our 5 week camps in October and November if you would like to wait until then. If you are planning to wait until August or in the fall, please email me at so I can adjust the credits accordingly so they will work for those camp options when they are available.
