Winter workouts will begin in November and will be led by Blaze Coaches. It will include the following...
- Velocity Throwing Program
-Defensive Work (Infielders, Catchers, etc). HEAVY focus on footwork and hands development.
-Pitchers Bullpens
-Hitting Development
-Strength and Agility Workouts
We understand there will be conflicts at times with workouts and hope you are able to make as many as possible.
